Jessica: Survivor in Death by JD Robb

As you know I am reading the "In Death" series by JD Robb. I actually finished this book in Dec 2007... I know I'm behind on my reviews.

If you aren't familiar with this series, let me recap just a bit. Eve Dallas is a leiutenant in the NYPSD in the year 2050 (+/- a year). So this is a futuristic crime drama where Eve works in homicide. She is married to the gorgeous Roarke (only one name needed) who owns just about everything on planet and off.

In Surivor in Death, Eve has to help find who killed little Nixie's parents and sleepover friend while she went down to the kitchen for a late night drink. Soon the killers find out Nixie survived, and they won't stop until they get her too. Eve overrides protocol and tucks Nixie in the safest place she knows... Eve & Roarke's house.
