Jen's Review: “The Cowboy’s Christmas Proposal” by Judy Christenberry

“The Cowboy’s Christmas Proposal” by Judy Christenberry is sweet, fast read. Penny has inherited her family ranch after her parents’ tragic deaths, but she has absolutely no idea how to run it. She hires Jake to be the ranch manager, but is wary of his “ladies’ man” reputation. However, long hours working together and the Christmas season bring them closer and allow them to find love.

Ms. Christenberry is a new author to me and I found that I enjoyed her book. She brought a smile to me lips and tears to my eyes. In a book with less than 200 pages, she managed to develop her characters, have an interesting plot with enough tension to make the romance worth the read.
