Jen's Review: "Better Than Bulletproof" by Kay Thomas

Kay Thomas is going to be the guest at Book Talk this weekend (January 10-11). In preparation for the promo, she sent me a copy of Better Than Bulletproof to send to our contest winner. As it sat on my shelf waiting to be passed along to that lucky blog reader, it kept grabbing my attention. Wanting a short read, I picked it up. And to whoever wins the contest, don't worry... I didn't even crack the spine. :)

I have to say that I was very happy with my decision to read Better Than Bulletproof. Kay Thomas created a wonderful story with interesting characters and a edge-of-your-seat plot. I found it to be quite the page turner and didn't want to put the book down. It was also a tear jerker. I had to keep that box of tissues handy for most of the second half of the book.

I highly recommend picking up this book, and I for one and anxiously awaiting her next book!
