I realize I never reviewed the last 3 books of the Twilight series, but I devoured them and now can't quite remember where each story ended. But with the Twilight movie opening today (Nov 21), I wanted to start a discussion about the books once again.
I have some mixed feelings about the books. On the whole, I loved the story and the way the books were written. What I didn't really like, which is the whole point of the book, is Bella's love for Edward. Maybe that's not exactly what I meant. What I mean is that I am not a fan of Edward, and therefore could not fathom why Bella would be attracted to him. I guess my personal preferences got in the way of Bella's story, but I just never understood what she saw in him. I wanted her to fall in love and be with Jacob. Jacob would have been my preference if I was Bella in this story; it would have been a completely different story!
So, I would love to know are you on TEAM EDWARD or TEAM JACOB?
Are you planning to see Twilight in the theater?
What do you think of the actors as the characters? Who did you picture as each character?

Truthfully, I would want them both! LOL
It's funny, because while you're reading the books you kind of go back and forth between the two. Sometimes one is being frustrating and you find yourself loving the other one and vice versa.
At some point, you start to think that Bella could have a much more normal life with Jacob, but at the same time Edward is truly her first love.
